MuVo. I also have a newer one -- a Dell DJ ditty with a rechargable battery that lasts forever -- but I still have to figure out how to get that one to work. Can't seem to load the songs. The MuVo is great, apart from the fact that you have to carry an extra battery if you go for runs of more than hour ... which you will be doing SOON! ;). Also the MuVo doesn't store enough music for a marathon distance, so you will be hearing the tunes more than once if you use it for the race. Both are smaller than the Ipod (although there may be smaller Ipods out there now, I haven't been watching), and lightness is something you want for a run. Also have an armband it fits into, so you don't need pockets. PS ... I'm making you a CD of my favorite running tunes :) .. the ones with nice beats for pacing. Meretta, I have an MP3 player. MuVo.
