CONNECTED

The view from my mum’s window today, somewhere on the southern tip of Africa – a fishing boat chugging to harbour, a train heading to the city, the season autumn, the ocean eerily calm. Say what you will about the Internet being a giant time sink hole (’cause it is
) But I adore the way it connects us.

Hugs to your lovely mum and I say it’s never a time sink to tell someone you love or care about them!
Toni Anderson Says:
Lovely picture! My mom only uses the internet for ebay.
Danica Says:
Oh that’s beautiful. It says something about being connected when a solitary picture to be shared with family ends up being shared with so many others to touch their lives.
Eve Says:
What a beautiful view. You’re right, the internet connects us all, and it’s only a giant time sink hole if we make it the only connection.
