Sometimes I see them on the side of the path, sitting still in the brush, and I just keep going and pretend I didn't :). This one ... I kept going, and shot him once I was past ... he was leaving, nervous of me himself. I often wonder how many are there that I don't see. And lol, I tend to tense up at the sight of any dark blot on the landscape these days ... often it's just a stump, or shadow. Toni … shuffling is more the operative word on those long runs!!
