DON’T MENTION IT !!!!!
Sooo, I had a rib out, and a sore neck because of it . I badly needed some R&R after my alpine run yesterday, the kids were out of town, and I just happened to mention to DH that I had the day off. Nuff said.
This was HIS idea of rest and relaxation!
Did I mention that you gather speed and travel 70 miles an hour, hanging 250 feet above tress, and sort of crash at the end? Well, now I REALLY need to see a physio. My lesson?
Don’t mention to DH that I need R.E.S.T!!!!!!
(I think this just might have been payback for registering him in the Five Peaks yesterday … hah, I shall have vengeance yet

Yeah, Toni, it does go fast. It depends on weight, though. And you can make yourself go faster my streamlining your body, you know, like Superman
