AEROBIC GOES ANAEROBIC …

snowhoes.JPG

It’s no wonder I felt like I had two left feet on my run today! If one could call it a ‘run’, that is. My heart was beating so fast it boomed like a drum in the silent forest. Trying to move at speed in this knee-deep ‘wet concrete’ can kill you, I’m sure. Well, it did kill someone last year … but we won’t think about that … mostly I’m thinking about how I can use this in a book. And yes, I do have a plot in mind ;)

Honolulu Marathon — 16 days to D-day!!

Watch for a photo of Molly with the SULTAN tomorrow ;).

* For a chance to win an RWA membership, or six months of good reads, send a photo of yourself, or your pets …. or anyone  … with one of the Shadow Soldiers trilogy books. Or two. Or all three. Because each one counts as another chance to win. For full details –>> click here.

Gosh that looks like hard work. I’m going to do pilates at a friends house–my first time LOL. Somehow I doubt the two compare :)

  2. Peggy Says:

You run in those? Wow, you must be in great shape. I don’t think I could even manage to walk in ‘em.

Ya know, I’m really reconsidering my dream of moving west. Waaay too much snow. We’ve got wonderful sun and nice lovely green grass…now let’s see how long that will last. :)

  3. Meretta ~ American Title Finalist Says:

Keep it up! You’re doing great!

And those are nice looking snowshoes, Loreth. Do you find your feet get cold in your runners?

  4. Loreth Says:

Meretta — not only do they get cold, they get WET! I think a need a pair of GoreTex runners, but that’s not in my budget this winter …

  5. Loreth Says:

Good job on the Pilates, Toni :)

Peggy, Vancouver hardly ever has snow. It’s just us up here in the mountains. But that’s what you get for living in a ski resort :)

    Hope your weather holds ….
