BALANCE

x-country-sign.JPG

Not much writing today. I spent Sunday morning on the trails while DD#2 was busy with her X-country lesson. I plan to make every Sunday morning — the entire morning – my time to commune with nature, and get away from the computer — rain, shine, snow ….. or deadlines (Hmmm … might have to rethink that last one )

That’s a lovely pile of snow. :) More than I’d like to see at our house, though! I bet the girls would love to have that much, but DH wouldn’t. Not with our driveway.

I’m glad you were out and about today, Loreth. It’s good to recharge! Enjoy your beautiful land. :)

That is some snow :) Good idea on the communing. Not sure about the rain part though…

Thanks for popping by, Loreth Anne! It’s nice to hear from a fellow Canadian author. How do you enjoy writing for Silhouette?

BTW, my brother-in-law lives in West Van, but has a house at Whistler as well. We were out there for a family reunion last summer. It’s gorgeous, isn’t it? What an inspiring place to write! Long term, we’ll probably buy a place in Canmore for similar reasons, but not for another 3-5 years.
I’ve flagged your site for future. I hope you’ll pop by mine again, either via my website at http://www.hollykennedy.com or straight to my blog at http://www.author-in-the-trenches.blogspot.com

    Hi Holly :)

Thanks for stopping by. I love writing for Silhouette. The line has been good to me.

It’s a small world — and Canmore is also a pretty darn beautiful piece of it.
