GOING FOR GOLD

She knew what she wanted, trained hard, prepared mentally, dealt with an attack of nerves when she set out her gear the night before ….. but my baby took the gold. First place in the Whistler Try a Tri triathlon in her age category! Good job kiddo.

One step at a time really does get you there … but you have to have that goal. Like writing a book
