GLOBAL WARMING?

We had more snow last night. We’ve been under snowfall warnings for daaaaaays now. Great for the business of skiing and winter …. but right now I confess I’m thinking of my friend in Belize. And my friends on the frangipani farm in Maui, by the pool, overlooking the ocean. And all of my family swimming in Australia …. and I’m wondering what’s gonna happen when the big melt comes …

 Oops … guess I shouldn’t have opened the suite door before shovelling, eh?

   The picture could easily have been taken at our back door in Winnipeg.

   Actually, if I had opened my door too far a little over a year ago here in London, ON, I would have had the same effect. I didn’t get out for three days because I had no desire to wade through snow on a long driveway from the back door here in this building. At least now I have a door to the street though it comes with somewhat increased noise from said street. But the “wading” is somewhat easier and shorter. O the joys of a Canadian winter.

   LOL!!!! We’ve been getting dumped on too – though not as impressive as yours, we have snow. And my kids keep commenting on this exact issue — global warming? yeah, right! LOL!
