RINGING IN THE NEW YEAR
SEDUCING THE MERCENARY goes down under — coupled with Wendy Rosnau’s SLEEPING WITH DANGER, it’s being released as an Aussie Mills and Boon Intimate for January 2008.
I also learned recently that MERCENARY has been nominated for a Romantic Times 2007 Reviewers’ Choice Award . It sure is a nice way to ring in the new year
. Congrats to all the other nominees — it’s great to see such a showing from my little corner of the Pacific Northwest.
And a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2008 to all. Let’s do great things this coming year — in all respects!!

Hi, Loreth, I saw just this morning that SEDUCING THE MERCENARY is up for a Reviewer’s Choice Award at RT for this year. It’s definitely one of the best novels I read this year. Too bad they don’t have the W.I.S.H. award anymore. Jean-Charles deserves it. I love your heroes, because, though there’s a time when hero and heroine decide to go their own way, the hero comes after her.
May 2008 bring you and your family health, happiness and everything else you need.

HUGE congrats again on RT, Loreth!! I’m keeping all limbs crossed that Merc will win in SRS!! As Ruby55 says, Jean so deserves it.
Happy New Year to you and yours!

Well-deserved! Congratulations, and a big Happy New year to you, too!
Toni Anderson Says:
Congratulations, Loreth. Very well deserved!

I’ve just been looking at the picture on the cover of the Aussie edition more closely. The couple certainly isn’t from your book, except for the woman in a bikini top. I don’t know what the other one is about.
Nicole Reising Says:
WOW Congrats Loreth on the nomination! I knew that book was good! =) And awesome news on the Aussie release!

Thanks guys!!!!! Much appreciated.
Ruby — the cover was Wendy Rosnau’s, and has been tweaked. With the two-fer-one Aussie editions, its one or the other cover that gets used. I’m guessing the look of hero didnt translate well as a double for hers. Whereas it worked somewhat the other way around. I’ve been lucky with my other Aus editions to basically get the same cover — with a few tweaks.

AND A HUGE CONGRATS TO MARY. TOO! My fellow finalist from B.C.!!!! Most richly deserved, Mary.
