CROSSING BRIDGES
That’s what I did today. And I feel the excitement of new thresholds. My run today was a perfect symbol. It was snowing. Yet the bears were out. It was cold, but there were mosquitoes. Bikers in the valley, skiers on the hill, fisherman at the lake. People in both shorts, and toques. A time of transition all around. Change, and promise. I do love spring 
My Path: 30 mins out and back, on the flat.
